Because our products are personalized and custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production begins.
However, we want you to love your order! If your air freshener arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and a photo of the issue
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Low-quality photos submitted by customers
• General wear & tear from normal use
